These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the HeadTrack for Sim mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

HeadTrack for Sim provides head-tracking data from iPhone sensors and transmits motion data to compatible simulation software (for example, OpenTrack-compatible workflows) over local/network connections.

The App is provided for simulation and entertainment use only.

2. Eligibility

You must use the App in accordance with applicable laws and Apple App Store rules.
If you are below the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with supervision by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free and Pro Access

The App is free to download. Free usage includes limited high-rate tracking time per calendar day.
A paid subscription (“HeadTrack for Sim Pro”) removes free-tier send-rate limits and unlocks full send-rate usage, as described in-app.

Features, limits, and pricing may be updated in future versions.

4. Subscription Billing and Renewal

If you purchase HeadTrack for Sim Pro:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Billing is handled by Apple.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple’s policies and may also be available through Apple/RevenueCat-managed flows where supported.

6. Network and Device Requirements

Functionality depends on compatible iOS hardware/software, motion/camera capabilities, and proper simulator-side setup.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all network environments or with all third-party simulation tools.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted,
  • use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity,
  • interfere with app integrity, network functionality, or other users.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement handling.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and related content are owned by Kemal Büyükterzi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kemal Büyükterzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law as required by relevant legal frameworks, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
