This Privacy Policy explains how HeadTrack for Sim (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use the HeadTrack for Sim mobile application (the “App”).
1. Summary
- We do not require account creation for core app usage.
- Head-tracking processing is performed on-device.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not collect personal data beyond subscription status and anonymous identifiers needed for purchase/entitlement handling.
- Subscription status is managed through Apple and RevenueCat infrastructure.
- Firebase Analytics is used for product analytics and performance insights.
2. Information We Process
2.1 Motion and Tracking Data (On-Device Processing)
The App reads device motion and/or face-tracking signals (depending on selected tracking mode) to compute head-pose values for simulation control.
- Camera/face-tracking input is processed on-device.
- We do not upload camera frames, photos, or videos for core tracking functionality.
2.2 Local/Network Transmission Data
When enabled by you, the App transmits head-pose packets to the host/IP and port configured in the App (typically your simulator environment).
This transmission is part of the App’s intended functionality.
2.3 Subscription and Entitlement Data
For purchases and entitlement validation, we use Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat.
In this process, services may handle data such as:
- anonymous app user identifiers,
- product identifiers,
- purchase/transaction status,
- entitlement status (e.g., Pro active/inactive).
We do not receive your Apple ID password or full payment card details.
2.4 Analytics Data
Firebase Analytics is used to understand app usage patterns and improve product quality.
Analytics is used in aggregated/technical form and is not intended to identify you directly.
3. Data We Do Not Intend to Collect
We do not intentionally collect:
- personal identity documents,
- contact lists or messages,
- photo library content,
- precise personal profile data unrelated to app functionality.
4. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)
Depending on jurisdiction, processing is based on:
- performance of contract (providing the app functionality you request),
- legitimate interests (security, reliability, fraud prevention),
- consent where required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We may share limited technical/subscription-related data with service providers necessary for app operation, including:
- Apple (StoreKit / billing),
- RevenueCat (subscription management),
- Firebase Analytics (analytics processing).

- Local app settings and usage counters may be stored on your device.
- Subscription and transaction-related records are retained by Apple/RevenueCat according to their policies.
- Analytics retention is handled under Firebase/Google policy controls.
